Queenstown
is located 40kms from Strahan, on the Western side of Tasmania. It has
a tourist railway linking it with Strahan, on the coast. The Railway is
a rebuild
of the old Mt Lyall Mining and Railway Co's Railway, which closed down in the 1960's.The Railway is now known as the West Coast Wilderness Railway.
